Pricing

Choose a simple monthly plan that fits your team, with the flexibility to cancel at any time. Every SineCodex subscription keeps your organization's workspace and data isolated. Business and Enterprise plans also include dedicated hosting.

Monthly plans

* All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes.

One hour back per person can cover the month. When SineCodex helps your team spend even one less hour per person searching across files, copying details, and keeping data in sync, the value of that time can offset the monthly subscription.

Only users who currently have access count toward your plan limit. If someone no longer needs access, you can deactivate their account without deleting it. They won’t be able to sign in or count toward your plan’s user limit, and you can reactivate them when needed.

Need more than 150 active users? Use SineCodex Support to discuss a plan tailored to your organization.

Keep shaping your workspace

Create and improve SineCodex modules as part of your subscription. Adding a module or updating an existing module does not incur a separate development fee.

Optional third-party Assistant services, integrations, professional services, customer infrastructure, or other products supplied outside the SineCodex subscription may have their own charges.

Manage your subscription

Once your SineCodex instance has been created, payments and subscription details can be managed directly from Settings → Licence. For your organization’s security, this area is accessible only to the administrator of your instance.

After Stripe confirms a purchase, renewal, cancellation, or plan change, the updated subscription may take up to 5 minutes to appear in SineCodex.

Start with a 30-day free trial

Explore SineCodex free for 30 days with up to 5 users. There is no long-term commitment, giving your team the time to experience the platform and decide which plan is right for your organization.

To continue using SineCodex after the trial, simply activate a paid subscription. If no subscription is purchased, your trial installation and its data will be permanently deleted at the end of the 30-day trial.

Flexible cancellation and control of your data

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your data will be retained securely for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. If you prefer, you may request the permanent deletion of all your data as soon as your subscription ends.

Customer support

Use SineCodex Support for account access, questions about SineCodex features, backup and restore tools, and investigation of technical issues affecting the service.

Email support does not replace the customer’s responsibility to administer its users, review its business processes, validate its records, and decide who may access its information. Data correction, professional services outside in-product module creation and improvement, regulatory advice, and recovery from an external backup may require a separate service arrangement.

Data separation and security

Each customer instance uses a separate database and isolated application context. SineCodex applies administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect customer information and reduce the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure between customers.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their users’ access, assigning appropriate permissions, keeping authentication and recovery information confidential, selecting a suitable Assistant and other third-party providers, and using SineCodex in accordance with the privacy and data-protection laws that apply to their organization.

Backups and shared responsibility

SineCodex includes tools for creating backups, and automatic backup schedules are available. These backups provide an important recovery option, but they should not be treated as the customer’s only copy of its information.

Customers, including those using the free trial, must regularly download current backups and keep them on secure, independent storage outside the SineCodex service—for example, encrypted local storage or a reputable third-party backup provider. Customers should maintain more than one copy where appropriate, protect any downloaded backup according to the sensitivity of its contents, and periodically confirm that their backup process is working.

The customer is responsible for choosing the frequency and retention of its external backups and for assessing the security, location, availability, and legal suitability of any third-party storage provider it selects.

Data quality and service limitations

SineCodex stores and processes information supplied or approved by the customer and its users. The customer remains responsible for reviewing the accuracy, completeness, legality, and suitability of its records, imports, reports, generated modules, and Assistant-supported results before relying on them. A backup reproduces the information stored at the time it is created and may therefore also reproduce incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, or unwanted information.

Although SineCodex takes reasonable measures to provide reliable backup and security features, uninterrupted service, successful recovery, and the absence of data loss cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SineCodex is not responsible for loss, corruption, inaccuracy, or unavailability of data resulting from customer actions or omissions, incorrect configuration, unauthorized use of customer accounts, third-party services, or the customer’s failure to maintain adequate independent backups. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
