SineCodex began with an idea shaped by the knowledge and experience we have gained over many years. As Canadians and Québécois, we wanted to create a product that reflects the needs of organizations across the country. From the beginning, we made bilingual support a priority, ensuring that SineCodex can serve organizations in both English and French. Our infrastructure is hosted in Beauharnois, Québec, keeping the product close to home while serving businesses across Canada.

What inspired us

Our team brings together approximately 30 years of combined experience across healthcare, telecommunications, and aviation. Throughout those years, we repeatedly saw the same challenge: packaged business systems were often both too much and too little for small and medium-sized businesses.

They included complex features that many teams never used, yet lacked the specific fields and workflows those same teams needed every day. Adapting these systems could be expensive, and even modest changes might take months to deliver. Business owners were often left repurposing fields designed for something else simply to make their information fit.
